EOIN CADOGAN RETURNS to the Cork team for Sunday’s Munster senior football semi-final against Clare.
Cadogan missed out on the comprehensive opening round win over Limerick by 18 points due to an Achilles injury.
But he has been named in the side for Sunday’s game by manager Conor Counihan at right corner-back.
Cadogan’s inclusion sees former Antrim player James Loughrey move out to wing-back with Paudie Kissane the player to make way and drop to the bench.
That is the only change made to the Rebels starting fifteen with Aidan Walsh, who was a late injury withdrawal before the Limerick game, named on the bench.
He is held in reserve along with other established names like Kissane, goalkeeper Alan Quirke, defender Noel O’Leary and attacker Donncha O’Connor.
Cork have added Clonakilty’s Thomas Clancy, part of the county U21 team that reached the All-Ireland final last month against Galway, and attacker Barry O’Driscoll to their substitutes list after both players were unavailable for the Limerick game due to injury.
