Gallagher starts for Donegal, Derry name three Championship debutants

Thomas Mallon, Gareth McKinless and Kevin Johnson all feature for The Oak-leaf County.

NEIL GALLAGHER STARTS for Donegal ahead of their SFC encounter with Derry at Celtic Park this weekend.

The star had been a doubt, having picked up an ankle injury in training recently, however he has been given the go ahead to play.

He is one of two changes from the team that played Monaghan, coming in for the suspended Rory Kavanagh, while Leo McLoone replaces Luke Keaney in the backline.

Meanwhile, for Derry, Thomas Mallon, Gareth McKinless and Kevin Johnson all make their Championship debuts.
