Donald stays at world No 1 ahead of British Open tilt

The Englishman, who defends his Scottish Open crown at Castle Stuart near Aberdeen this week, stays narrowly ahead of Rory McIlroy in second.

LUKE DONALD HAS retained his world No.1 spot ahead of the year’s third major, the British Open, which starts at Royal Lytham on 19 July.
