THE DAYS OF the Harry Ramsden’s challenge are a thing of the past for the Boys in Green. Nowadays, a footballer’s diet is one of the most monitored and tailored elements of his day-to-day routine.

The FAI went behind the scenes with head chef David Steele in Montecatini and he explained exactly what it’s like cooking for Trap and the lads.
