Colm Cooper nominated as new Kerry captain

The Crokes man will lead the Kingdom next season.

COLM COOPER WILL captain Kerry’s footballers next season.

County and Munster champions Dr Crokes have nominated the talismanic forward for the position.

Cooper previously captained the Kingdom in 2011 and 2012 and takes over the role from the recently-retired Crokes club-mate, Eoin Brosnan.
