Spine-tingling Haka from Chiefs as they celebrate Super Rugby success

After which, the newly-crowned champions slurped on some tastefully labelled beers.

THE CHIEFS AND club captain Craig Clarke are celebrating consecutive Super Rugby titles today after they came from 10 points behind to beat the Brumbies 27-22.

The post-match celebrations featured plenty of this beer, made by the presumptuously cocky Waikato Draught company [owned by Speights]:

The highlight of the on-field celebrations, before the players headed to a beer-filled dressing room, was an evocative haka in front of the main stand at Waikato Stadium.

Man-of-the-match Liam Messam said the haka was a tradition for the New Zealand club as it reminded them of their roots and familial bond to each other. It was also a way of paying tribute to friends and family in the crowd.
