Check out this superb BOD v Gatland front page story from Wales

That’s a monument we would love to visit on our summer holliers.

WE TRIED TO keep to our word and avoid the whole Brian O’Driscoll versus Warren Gatland rigmarole but this front page picture is too good to ignore.

The Western Mail newspaper team in Wales has been up late on the Photoshop machine and have produced this stunner to tee up Ireland’s Six Nations clash with the reigning champions.

In case you missed it last summer, Ireland exploded in a furious frenzy when Gatland dropped O’Driscoll from the Lions matchday 23 to face Australia in the pivotal Third Test, which they won. The centre and his Kiwi coach briefly faced a card-less Christmas but all was soon forgiven. Both have expressed an interest to move on from the team selection imbroglio.

Appearing at a press briefing before the Scotland game, last week, O’Driscoll was asked if he expected the Lions story to be dredged up. He remarked, “That’s why I’m here this week.”
