Touch of class from the french
Tres Bien
Allez les Bleues!
Wonderful and classy gesture from the French
Swap him (as a retired player) for Basteraud as a competing player. Basteraud was immense last week. I thought at one stage it was Ireland versus himself.
He had 1 good game out of 5. Way too inconsistent for an international centre. Overweight and overrated
Seems to be trés content with that.
Nice gesture to Brian all the same but Thierry Henry’s handball has ruined everything that was good about the French for me and i have no time for them
Different game if I recall correctly, handling the ball is encouraged in rugby. !
Oh dear god let it go
Yeah, let’s hold all 66,000,000 people in France responsible for that!
Its a big ask hugh, but f%&k it. Lets!!!
Classic name Hugh Jarse. Only sickened I didn’t think of that one meself.
Get over it. It was one person not the entire French nation.
Nearly as good as Mike Hunt.
As I said Everything about them , If I recall !!!!!!!
Difference being of course that in 66 England actually won something, rather than lost..
Change your name to Phil T Hole
Not that old chestnut again! Feck soccer, we suck at it. Rugby & football is where its at!
Brian O Driscoll, he used to play rugby for Ireland I think……..
They went all out wit that !!!!
They were probably hoping to give that as a consolation prize hahah
Les bleu s can’t have him hes our legend. But respect to them.fpr acknowledging a true icon of ruby..
Don’t forget we had our Henry playing last Saturday and his sleight of hand was a nice piece of payback on the French.
Turn off the sepia setting brian!
That is such a class gesture by the French, to be given a international jersey with your number and name by another country, well I have never heard anything like that. That’s a little special
A Leinster jersey?
Remind you of Callinans kicks on fri evening last..his wife getting the baby dressed in leinsters blue strip….was funny ..worth catching on player.
Burn it!!! Just kidding
Nice touch by French. A bit disrespectful of BOD to refer to them as Frenchies.
Why all the red thumbs
They wish!!!!!!
I was at the Stade de France on Saturday and the French spectators and the French rugby federation were very generous in their tributes to Brian O’Driscoll. It was a great sporting occasion.
I was there myself David. The French supporters were great. They know their rugby and know how to loose unlike the English
I’ve been in london a few times when we were strong enough to win and i have to say the English were excellent even though they lost.
