FRANCK RIBERY AND Jerome Boateng’s short-lived falling out appears to have ended.
Boateng had previously enraged Ribery after he poured beer over him during Bayern Munich’s title celebrations (see video below).
Ribery, a devout Muslim, failed to see the funny side of Boateng drenching him in alcohol, and vowed never to speak to his teammate again at the time.
However, the defender subsequently posted this pic of the two seemingly on better terms, and claimed the alcohol he poured on Ribery was non-alcoholic.

I didn’t know Éamonn Ryan but met him briefly in 2008 and 2009 when Cork ladies footballers brought the trophy to Crumlin hospital. Our daughter was there for awhile. When he saw my Cork jersey he came over to us and couldn’t have been nicer. A true legend and more importantly a gentleman. My condolences to his family.
Lovely tribute to a fantastic Gael, RIP Eamon, from a Deise woman
