Poll: What do you think was the best match in sport in 2013?

Ireland v New Zealand? Cork v Clare? Portugal v Sweden? Dublin v Kerry? You decide.

IT WAS A year that did not disappoint in serving up a share of epic matches across a variety of sports.

Choosing the best from 2013 isn’t an easy task.

Even trying to decide on a shortlist proved tricky for us and there were a few brilliant battles that failed to make the cut.

Here’s the top 10 that we nominated in no particular order after trying to factor in entertainment value, skill levels and the significance of the contest.

So sports fans, tell us what do you think was the best match in sport in 2013?
