Spurs v Man United gets the go-ahead after bad weather threatens fixture

GROUNDSTAFF AT WHITE Hart Lane have succeeded in clearing the snow from the pitch ahead of this afternoon’s scheduled Premier League fixture.

The meeting of Tottenham and Manchester United had been thrown into doubt by bad weather but, after a pitch inspection at 2.50pm, the game has been given the go-ahead.

    Should be a good game. Spurs have a good chance of turning us over for the double.

    Because spurs wingers are actually better and they beat us well at OT.
