AIDAN WALSH WILL make his debut for the Cork senior hurlers on Saturday night when they face Limerick in the Division 1B league opener in Páirc Uí Rinn.
Walsh is named at full-forward as manager Jimmy Barry-Murphy names ten of the side that started last September’s All-Ireland final replay loss to Clare.
Mark Ellis, Rob O’Shea, Kilian Murphy and Stephen White also get starting berths, the latter pair having come on as subs in that Croke Park defeat to Clare.
Conor O’Sullivan, Seamus Harnedy and captain Patrick Cronin remain on the injury list.
Eoin Cadogan features amongst the Cork substitutes as do the three newcomers to the panel this year – Paul Haughney, Brian Lawton and Michael Cahalane.
