IRELAND PROP CIAN Healy today won his appeal in Glasgow and will be available for Ireland’s next 6 Nations game with France in Dublin.
The Leinster loosehead was suspended after he stamped on an English opponent at Lansdowne Road. He’s now had the length of the ban — technically — reduced. The internet is not happy:

wow some people are stupid !! all they did was clarify how long he was band for. the six nations discipline board viewed the incident at the lower scale of stamping. in his professional era if a players leg is in front of the ball its there on purpose slowing play down. so don’t go say the the English cheat was just there and big bad healy came and stamped on him. typical tv slow mo reaction, looked way worse than it was.
His act of thuggery should not have gone unpunished. Disgraceful.
