10 British-based tweeters who can't believe that Gaelic Football is a thing

The sport made its debut on Sky Sports this weekend as Galway took on Sligo.

AFTER THE REACTION to hurling was recently greeted with much amusement across the water, Gaelic Football made its keenly awaited debut on Sky Sports today.

And unsurprisingly, many British-based tweeters were similarly bemused by the sport, comparing it to everything from rugby to quidditch.
